The Town Clerk's office is responsible for billing our semi-annual taxes to our residents, maintaining the official records of the Town of Thunderbolt (i.e. meeting minutes, ordinances, etc.), as well as billing and maintaining annual licenses (business and alcohol) records.
The Town Clerk is also the town's permitting agent, responsible for administering and maintaining permits for the Town of Thunderbolt. In this capacity, the clerk works closely with the inspections department to ensure compliance with all building permit/application processing steps.
